参与方式
利用omegat的team协作功能，具体方法见omegat本地化经理kos ivantsov的分步介绍。
- Run OmegaT 4.1.3_2 (or 4.1.4 which is going to be available in a few hours) or the latest nightly build
- Project -> Download Team project. There you’ll need to paste https://github.com/OmegaT-L10N/zh_CN.git as the URL, and enter a name of a new folder where the project is going to be stored locally.
- Wait till the project is downloaded. It might take a while, and usually it’s much faster next time when you open it. Of course, you don’t need to download it every time, next time it’s opened from the folder where it’s stored.
- When you try to save for the first time, OmegaT will ask you for credentials. It’s your GitHub username and password, and they should be stored, hopefully you won’t be asked to enter them again.
- There’s one kind of a glitch with the way OmegaT syncs with remote repositories. When you type new segments, and autosave (and thus sync) happens, you may or may not lose whatever was typed in since the last save. A workaround for this issue it to set autosave to something high (mine is 60 min), and make it a habit to save manually. But you need to remember to give OmegaT time to save and sync when you hit Ctrl+S (it’s only a second or two, and it shows what it’s doing, in the lower left corner).
- All of the segments need to be translated, even if they stay equal to the source. If prefer not to have “Allow translation to be equal to source” option enabled, use Edit -> Register Identical Translation. Of of the reasons for such requirement is having and easy way to check whether a certain file has new strings since the last time it was finished and used for release.
If there’s anything previously translated that you want to merge with this project, simply put the TMX files into /tm/auto of the local project folder (you may need to create the subfolder manually).

翻译
按UI、网页和文档分为三组。然后再按片段给每个人进行分工。每组一个小组长。
大家需要查看此份表格，看自己需要翻译哪些片段，这些片段又对应哪些文件。
表格更新：因为omegat的本地化项目新增加了一个要翻译的脚本文件，网页要翻译的片段向后移动34。新的表格下载。
审校
相邻片段的同学进行互审。
合作（术语与翻译记忆）
利用omegat的团队协作功能，我们可以实时共享术语和翻译记忆。
术语需要大家自己在词汇表中建立新词。翻译记忆在一个片段保存后就会在本地记录。这时再点保存项目就会把修改同步到git仓库里（这里会需要输入github账号密码）。大家在此后的翻译过程中，就可以用别人的翻译记忆。另外在在segment property里可以看到翻译记忆来自谁。
最终提交
对于omegat社区而言不用最终提交什么作品，github上随着翻译实时更新的翻译记忆和术语库是主要的成果。
注意事项
软件的使用
- 用最新的OmegaT 4.1.4
- 因为开启了团队模式，每次打开会检查在线仓库有没有更新文件。打开会比较慢，有时还会失败，需要多试几次。
- 之前有留下翻译记忆，放到/tm/auto文件夹里可以自动调用。下载地址：http://pkucaters.github.io/assets/OmegaT_3.0.7_L10N_Full-level2.tmx
其它
- 翻译时有些部分是不需要翻译的，可以用Register Identical Translation功能填入原文。另外GPL lisense不用翻译。
- 遇到快捷键，采用以下处理方法Re&place All->用原文替代(&P)，注意括号是半角括号，然后英文要大写。
